If you are turning 65, then there are several choices you will need to make about Medicare.

For instance, if you or your spouse is actively working, then one choice is whether to enroll in Part A, Part B or both. The answer will depend on several factors such as whether your employer or your spouse’s employer has more than or less than 20 employees on the payroll, whether you are contributing to a Health Savings Account (HSA) and whether you are paying a portion of the monthly premium for your coverage.
